Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
On February 11, CIS was honored to be recognized by Atrium Health as a valued Community Partner! The presentation took place at the Queens University Men’s Basketball Homecoming game. Atrium was the Presenting Sponsor of the game. CIS was recognized during halftime and presented with the “game ball” — or rather, the “game sneaker” 😍, signed by all the team players. Anna Kennington, our Director of Program Operations for our Youth Development Coordinators (High School Team), was delighted to represent CIS and accept the award – especially as she is a Queens University alum! And the icing on top was 50 CIS students receiving tickets to attend the game as guests of Atrium Health.
CIS is grateful to both Atrium Health and Queens University of Charlotte for this recognition and fun opportunity for our students! Atrium is a longtime partner and supporter of CIS, and Queens has hosted many a campus tour for our students as well. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
