Who We Are  - Our Partners

Since its inception in 1985, CIS-Charlotte has expanded from a single school serving 80 students, to serving more than 4,500 students annually in 37 Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools. Such growth was made possible by the support of our major partners, including the United Way of the Central Carolinas, Mecklenburg County, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and the Charlotte Merchants Foundation.

CIS has also developed strategic partnerships with corporations, faith communities, and other organizations, which play a significant part in helping us reach our goals.
