Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools recently produced a video that features Communities In Schools and Federico Rios, CIS Site Coordinator at Hidden Valley Elementary School. The video is focused on the programs and organizations working with CMS to help improve the graduation rate. The entire video is approximately 10 minutes in length; however, the CIS feature begins at 3:03. The Performance Learning Center is also uplifted in the video, beginning at 4:57 just after the CIS interview with Federico Rios. Congrats and many thanks to Federico for representing CIS and all of our Site Coordinators so well!
